Reviews and Ratings
I arrived at the hotel after a long journey and was thrilled to find my room ready with all our belongings in place, overlooking the beautiful loch. The service had its ups and downs, with friendly staff but some issues with the food service. The location was stunning but could use a bit more attention. The dining experience was a mix of good buffet selection and subpar service. The facilities were decent, but there were some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was beautiful with stunning views of Loch Rannoch, but the room quality left much to be desired. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with hospitality. Dining offered a good selection but lacked in cleanliness. The facilities were decent, but some improvements could be made.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms could do with an upgrade, but they were clean and had a comfy bed with a great view of the Loch. I especially enjoyed the bar area and the lounge which looks out onto the amazing view of the loch and hills. The service was top-notch, with very nice and hearty staff who greeted us warmly. The location is a dream, great for hiking on the moor and the views from the hotel are stunning. The dining experience was good, although the breakfast needed a bit of improvement. The facilities were decent overall, making my stay enjoyable.
Waking up to a great view over the loch was fantastic. The rooms had plenty of space, and the separate building was quiet, remaining open late at Christmas. However, being out from 7 am to 7 pm limited room enjoyment.
The hotel offers lovely added extras in the excellent rooms, but preparation times can be longer than expected. The service is top-class and warm, though food availability after 8pm can be a challenge. The peaceful location provides a restful atmosphere and great views, though dining options may be limited. The dining experience is a mixed bag, with some quick offerings and supplements. The facilities are good overall, with efforts to be helpful in difficult circumstances.
